We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Similarly, backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may let us have your credit card information over the phone, via fax, email, regular mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. This term is merely to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, or if we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price or lack of availability, we will always contact you.

Ownership: The Impact Group. retains ownership of any products purchased, until we receive cleared funds, in full, for the relevant items. This is to protect us, in the case that a company purchases a product and goes into administration before paying us in full.
Shipping And Handling: Delivery timings are set out alongside each product for sale. These timings represent typical delivery lead times. Occasionally matters outside of our control (e.g. bad weather) may extend lead times. We will endeavour to keep you up to date in the unlikely event that this is the case. Our carrier requires someone to sign for the goods or they will not be left. You are strongly advised to check the goods for damage before accepting them as claims for damage cannot be made if the goods are signed for and accepted in good condition. All our delivery charges are for Zone 1 mainland UK. For other zones, Highlands and Islands and N.I. delivery addresses we will contact you with an amended delivery charge for your approval before processing your order.
Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges: For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security: When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee: Your item is guaranteed to have been dispatched in good condition, suitably packaged and to be of merchantable quality.
